LA Fitness Consolidates Three Locations

PHOENIX, AZ - On December 15th, LA Fitness will be closing three of the former 24 Hour Fitness clubs it recently acquired in the Metro Phoenix market. IRVINE, CA and SAN RAMON, CA - LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness announced that they have entered into an agreement whereby LA Fitness intends to acquire the assets of the eleven 24 Hour Fitness clubs in Arizona and 24 Hour Fitness intends to acquire the assets of two LA Fitness clubs in Oklahoma and one in Nebraska.
