BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. and JEFFERSON VALLEY, N.Y. - As you know, this has been an incredibly challenging time for our country and the world as we struggle with the outbreak of COVID-19. Our hearts go out to all who have already been affected by this terrible virus and those who may be affected in the future. As we’re sure you already know New York State is requiring us to close our doors. While we understand the need for this action, we can’t help but feel that the products and services we offer are part of the long-term solution to illness. CHICAGO, IL - As we continue to navigate through the unique challenges posed by COVID-19, I’d like to share an update on how Fitness Formula Clubs is responding. The safety and health of the FFC Community, members and staff alike, is our number one priority. As you are aware, we have been taking additional proactive steps for the last several days. In further effort to safeguard our members, staff and their families, we have decided to temporarily suspend services at all FFC locations until at least March 31. Genesis Health Clubs Temporarily Closes All Locations Amid COVID-19 Outbreak

WICHITA, KS - Due to guidance from the CDC’s 15-day plan, as well as local and state orders and advisories, Genesis Health Clubs will temporarily close all health clubs. We plan to reopen as soon as possible, following local, state and national guidance. DALLAS, TX - Gold's Gym has made the decision to temporarily close all company-owned Gold's Gym locations in the U.S., including Texas, Oklahoma, St. Louis and Carolina gyms through March 31, 2020, to do its part in slowing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Privately-owned franchised gyms will make their own determinations on when and whether to close and are watching this situation very closely. We have followed their recommendations and have implemented numerous changes in our Clubs to focus on our highest priority—the health and safety of our Members, Associates and everyone in Canada. Taking a cue from national, state and local authorities, we have decided to close all clubs for at least 14 days, with constant re-evaluation of the situation of the ground.
