NEW YORK, N.Y. – Blink Fitness has launched “Get Up and Blink,” a daily virtual workout session that gives members and non-members alike access to industry-leading fitness instruction from Blink Fitness’ Certified Personal Trainers. With COVID-19 forcing gym closures across the nation, Blink will provide daily tools and resources they need to stay moving and motivated. Classes will air daily Monday through Friday at 8:00AM EST on Facebook Live.

“Get Up and Blink” will feature Blink Fitness’ Certified Personal Trainers leading audiences through a range of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), bodyweight exercises and stretching routines, while remaining on-hand to answer viewers’ questions along the way. Following airing on Facebook Live in the morning, the class will be posted to Blink Fitness’ Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels where it will remain for reference.

“Since the day we opened our doors in 2011 we have focused on bringing fitness to everybody and have put mood above muscle,” said Blink Fitness CEO, Todd Magazine. “Now more than ever, these goals ring true as people look for ways to lift their spirits and stay healthy. Now through Facebook live, anyone and everyone can see what’s made Blink so very special to so many over the years.”

For existing Blink members looking for additional support, the Blink Fitness app is now open to all membership levels through April 30. The app works with partners like Daily Burn, Aaptiv, Gaiam and Shape to offer 500+ on-demand classes from cardio to meditation, and everything in between.
