Matrix’s Expanded Presence at IHRSA 2015 Draws Praise

COTTAGE GROVE, WI – Matrix Fitness drew widespread praise for its expanded presence at IHRSA 2015. In addition to showcasing new products, attendees were able to demo new equipment and learn about the latest industry trends from fitness experts like Hunter Allen and Phil Campbell in the education area. Guests were also invited to participate in the “Connected for a Cure” campaign, which raised $5,623 for Augie’s Quest, the largest individual fundraising program for research and drug development aimed at ending ALS. Race 4 Research 5K and Walk for ALS Comes to Kendall Square’s Biotech Hub

CAMBRIDGE, MA - The ALS Therapy Development Institute announced that the Race 4 Research 5K and Walk will be held on Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the Technology Square Courtyard in Cambridge, MA. The Race 4 Research features a 5K and four-mile walk, but it also includes family activities and refreshments courtesy of local restaurants and breweries. All funds raised benefit the ALS Therapy Development Institute, a nonprofit biotech whose scientists actively discover and develop treatments and a cure for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). IRVINE, CA - In support of Augie’s Quest, LA Fitness announced today that it will host an in-club Group Fitness ZUMBA class at more than 615 of the company’s locations on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Augie’s Quest is a nonprofit research initiative dedicated to finding treatments and a cure for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
