COOKEVILLE, TN - Cookeville’s Workout Anytime has been recognized as the franchise of the year. Workout Anytime opened in Cookeville in 2011, but new owners Jerry Pugh and EJ Williams took over the business in 2017, when the gym had less than 900 members.
