Justin Drummond Named COO of PF Growth Partners

TIMONIUM, MD – PF Growth Partners, LLC, an award-winning franchise division of Planet Fitness, has promoted Justin S. Drummond to Chief Operating Officer.
Drummond joined PF Growth Partners in February 2010 as General Manager of the Planet Fitness club in Catonsville, Maryland. As regional manager, he later facilitated the opening of the 1,000th Planet Fitness club, located in Washington, DC. He has advanced to manage operations in the Maryland, District of Columbia and Florida markets, served as interim COO from March 2019 to December 2019 and earned the distinction of being PF Growth Partners’ longest-tenured employee.
“Justin was the second employee we hired at PF Growth Partners in 2010,” said Victor Brick, co-owner of PF Growth Partners. “I am extremely proud to see him advance with the company and now lead our team.”
As COO, Drummond will oversee operations for the entire company, which also owns and operates Planet Fitness clubs in Tennessee, Washington state and coming soon, California. He says he aims “to continue the accelerated growth path and move the company forward as it adds markets and territories throughout the United States and abroad.”

Starting with the company at club #5 and seeing us now almost to 70 locations across the United States and soon expanding internationally is remarkable,” Drummond adds. “I look forward to leading the business into the triple digit club count, developing world class staff and supporting our members and employees through servant leadership principles.”
Drummond earned both a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and an MBA in business management from Wagner College, where he also played D1 basketball. He currently serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore and resides in Owings Mills, Md. with his wife, Dominique, and sons, Dominic and Cassius.
