Xponential Announces Signing of Master Franchise Agreement in France for Club Pilates

IRVINE, CA - Xponential Fitness, Inc. (NYSE: XPOF) (“Xponential”), the largest global franchisor of boutique fitness brands, announces it has signed a Master Franchise Agreement in France for its Club Pilates brand, representing Xponential’s 19th international country outside of North America. The agreement, signed with TCMP Fitness, LP and its partners Susan and Chris Fichaud, gives the Master Franchisee the opportunity to license a minimum of 75 Club Pilates studios in France over the next 10 years. Orangetheory Fitness to Host Fitness Classes in Support of Special Olympics Texas Athletes and Competitions

SAN ANTONIO, TX - 108 Orangetheory Fitness studios in Texas and Louisiana are hosting Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) athletes during an exclusive 60 or 90-minute class at local studios on either July 22nd or 23rd, 2023. Orangetheory members will pay $25 to participate in the class with all proceeds going to Special Olympics Texas. Each location's class will host a local Special Olympics athlete to promote inclusion and garner respect and understanding.
