USTA Foundation Receives $180K From Chase for 12 NJTL Chapters

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - USTA Foundation, the national charitable arm of the United States Tennis Association (USTA), announced that for the sixth consecutive year, it has partnered with longtime U.S. Open sponsor Chase to award 12 National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) chapters with a $15,000 grant each in support of year-round tennis and education programming through the A.C.E. (Academic Creative Engagement) curriculum, the Foundation’s signature academic initiative. WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - The USTA Foundation, the national charitable arm of the United States Tennis Association, announced that it will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) network by launching an NJTL 50th Anniversary campaign. USTA Texas to Move Headquarters to New Facility with 46+ Courts

CEDAR PARK, TX - The USTA Texas Section intends to bring its headquarters and facilities to the Indigo Ridge Mixed Use Development in the City of Cedar Park, north of Austin, Texas. A resolution to authorize the agreement was approved by the City of Cedar Park City Council on March 14. The planned Tennis Campus will include approximately 40 outdoor tennis courts, 6 to 8 indoor tennis courts, a stadium court, and related amenities for training, development and competition. USTA Foundation Surpasses $40 Million in Total Funding

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - The USTA Foundation, the national charitable arm of the United States Tennis Association, announced that it has surpassed $40 million in total giving to tennis and education programs and under-resourced youth since its inception, with over $40.2 million distributed. USPTA Receives Full Accreditation Status by USTA

USPTA Receives Provisional Accreditation from USTA

LAKE NONA, FL - The United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA) received provisional accreditation from the United States Tennis Association (USTA), making the association the first tennis-teaching certification organization to be accepted into the program. WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. - The USTA Foundation (USTAF), the national charitable arm of the USTA, announced it raised a record $9 million in 2017 through a variety of fundraising efforts. These funds will be used to support National Junior Tennis and Learning (NJTL) programs nationwide through multiple initiatives and activities, including NJTL Excellence Teams, STEM and ACE curriculums, programming and capacity-building grants, and college scholarships. USTA National Campus Celebrates One-Year Anniversary

ORLANDO, FL - The USTA commemorated the one-year anniversary of the USTA National Campus, which officially opened on January 2, 2017, in Lake Nona in Orlando, Florida, as the new “Home of American Tennis.” In its inaugural year, nearly 200,000 players visited the groundbreaking facility, with more than 100 international, national and local tournaments held throughout the year. The USTA National Campus, featuring 100 courts over 64 acres, is open to the public and serves the entire spectrum of the tennis community, including youth players, recreational players, collegiate athletes and future and current professional tour level players.
