UFC GYM Opens Doors to Kailua Community with State-of-the-Art Fitness Facility

HONOLULU, HI – UFC GYM, the rapidly expanding fitness franchise that creates training programs for all levels and ages inspired by the training regimens of UFC athletes, announced that its newest and most innovative location, UFC GYM – Kailua, is officially open. The 20,000 square-foot premium training facility features high quality equipment, a full-service Recovery Corner and traditional fitness amenities.
Offering a large variety of high intensity mixed martial arts group classes for all ages and fitness levels, the new gym marks the fourth Hawaiian location for the fitness franchise. Located in the Lau Hala Shops (573 Kailua Road), this is the largest fitness facility in Kailua. Featuring a sizable group fitness studio, boxing and kickboxing conditioning area, MMA and youth fitness classes, state-of-the-art equipment, full amenity locker rooms, a Kids Club, Recovery area and more this location offers something for everyone.

Open to members and the public for pre and post-workout treatments, Recovery UFC GYM Kailua is fully staffed to help create customized recovery plans to complement one’s lifestyle. UFC GYM Recovery Kailua methods include modalities like assisted stretch, hydromassage, percussion and compression with specialized equipment.
