DALLAS, TX – ClubCorp – The World Leader in Private Clubs (NYSE: MYCC) – announces the acquisition of Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club, a premier, previously member-owned private club in the Sonoma Wine Country of Northern California among award-winning vineyards and historic oaks. ClubCorp plans a multimillion-dollar capital project that will bring improvements to the clubhouse, golf course and practice facilities and pool.

Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club marks the 11th club acquired by ClubCorp in the past 14 months and further increases the company’s portfolio of owned and operated clubs, which stands at over 200 clubs in 26 states, the District of Columbia, Mexico and China.
