WICHITA, KS – Genesis Health Clubs has announced that it has purchased HealthRidge Fitness Center in Olathe, Kansas, its 13th Kansas City area location. The facility, now known as Genesis Health Clubs – Olathe Ridgeview, is a massive health club, including strength and cardio equipment, personal training, indoor and outdoor pools, basketball, racquetball, day spa, indoor running track, outdoor fitness trail, CrossFit, over 100 group fitness classes per week and kids programs, including karate. ClubCorp Reports Sixth Consecutive Year of Record Results, and Announces Acquisition of North Hills Country Club

DALLAS, TX - ClubCorp - The World Leader in Private Clubs (NYSE:MYCC) - announced financial results for its fiscal-year 2016 fourth quarter ended December 27, 2016. The fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2015 consisted of 16 weeks. Fiscal 2016 and fiscal 2015 consisted of 52 weeks. All comparisons are year-over-year. Fiscal 2016 revenue was $1.1 billion, up 3.4%, net income increased $13.6 million to $4.0 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $247.7 million, up 6.2%; Fourth quarter revenue was $345.3 million, up 4.1%, net income increased $11.7 million to $5.4 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $83.3 million, up 4.7%; ClubCorp acquires North Hills Country Club in Glenside, Pennsylvania. Nebraska Elite Sports and Fitness Complex is a massive 108,000 square foot facility, including fitness floor, indoor running track, cycling studio, weight and cardio machines, spa, dry sauna, steam room, tennis, basketball, volleyball and a full-service day care. Genesis Health Clubs Now Largest Fitness Provider In Midwest

WICHITA, KS - Wichita-based Genesis Health Clubs vaulted to the top spot of fitness providers in the Midwest, announcing the purchase of an additional nineteen clubs throughout the region for a new total of 44 clubs in operation. The acquisition of 19 locations, included eight clubs from 24 Hour Fitness in the Kansas City metro area, seven clubs in the Omaha metro area, and two additional clubs each in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Lincoln, Nebraska.
