MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Wellbeats announces the introduction of a brand-new channel that many customers have been asking for: Circuit-style classes to strengthen muscles in frequent pain-point areas: Low Back, Shoulder, Knee, Ankle and Neck.

“We’ve had a lot of requests for prehabilitation (to prevent injury) and daily mobility classes that focus on specific body parts that are prone to injury,” explains Wellbeats Fitness Director Mark Kingsriter. “We partnered with Dr. Grant Norland, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, to design the classes and specific guided instructions.”

Channel features include:

  • Precise series of exercises focused on key joint areas;
  • Primary muscle groups worked for each exercise;
  • Viewers pause the video and perform the exercises at their own pace;
  • Downloadable, illustrated instructions participants can use ongoing.

“We’re excited about the wide-ranging benefits of these classes,” says Kingsriter. “Because they’re designed for those areas that tend to be overused or not used correctly, like the knees and lower back, these classes can help people prevent injury from occurring in the first place; work on specific joints if they have been injured; or strengthen key areas to improve daily mobility and before doing activities they enjoy, like hiking or running.”
