The MFA Industry Benchmark Survey is Underway

PINEHURST, N.C. – The MFA Industry Benchmark Survey, conducted every three (3) years is currently underway. It is open and available for participation from May 24, 2017 – July 31, 2017. This year, the survey has three parts. In response to previous comments from members, you will be able to save your work and return to the survey if you are unable to complete it in one sitting. Also, breaking the survey up into three components will allow you to get your information together more efficiently.
The first section is general facility information. The second is personnel and wage/salary/benefits information and the third section is financial information. This year, we will only seek raw data from you. We will perform all calculations to ensure consistency of methodology and of the benchmark itself. We hope you like the new format.
As an incentive to participate, All Medical Fitness Association members who complete ALL THREE surveys (General Information, Financial Information and Staff Compensation Surveys) by July 31, 2017 will receive a FREE electronic copy of the survey results. Members must contact the home office to receive the discount code.
Not a Medical Fitness Association member? We welcome your participation in the survey. If you join as a facility member by October 1, 2017, and complete the survey by July 31, you will also be eligible to receive a copy of the survey results.
