LOGAN, UT – Freemotion from iFIT has appointed Lauren Becker as Customer Journey Manager, tasked with further strengthening and developing the customer experience of iFIT’s pioneering commercial fitness brand: Freemotion.

iFIT is the world’s only truly interactive, connected fitness platform and was built for the omnichannel world. iFIT is available in the gym via the Freemotion 22 SERIES cardio line, at home via NordicTrack and ProForm equipment, and on the go via the iFIT app. Commercial operators partnering with Freemotion can tap into a ready-made omnichannel fitness solution, which allows them to engage with members wherever they’re at – and never lose connection.

In her role, Lauren will be a key part of the iFIT and Freemotion customer journey team and will be at the helm of creating, maintaining and growing Freemotion’s global activation platform.

Overseeing Freemotion’s customer-facing initiatives, Lauren will be responsible for planning, coordinating and launching iFIT within commercial facilities. She will also help develop and implement promotional event strategies, product marketing support, iFIT activation, engagement, and reporting.

Another key area of focus for Lauren will be helping Freemotion’s global customer base of leading health, fitness and wellness facility operators around the world to discover “what’s next in fitness” and inform them of industry trends – not to mention working closely with the vast community of Freemotion international distribution partners.

A graduate of Indiana University with a major in broadcast journalism, Lauren is an accomplished TV news reporter. She joins the team from Optimum Performance Sports (OPS) Fitness Club in Fort Wayne, IN, where she led membership sales.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the incredible team at Freemotion Fitness,” Lauren says. “I’ve always had a passion for connecting with others — it’s what led me to begin my career as a TV news reporter.

“After spending three years in an exciting role in front of the camera, I had the opportunity to be part of the launch of a new premium fitness club. That’s when I began working at OPS Fitness Club in Fort Wayne, in Membership Sales.”

Dan Toigo, Managing Director at Freemotion, said: “We are continuing to invest and put resources into supporting our customers, clients and partners to achieve more with Freemotion and iFIT. It’s our responsibility to put people at the center of our business model and with Lauren overseeing our customer journey process I know that we, together with our partners, will succeed and enable more people to enjoy and benefit from a healthier and happier lifestyle.”

Lauren adds: “I have seen first hand the benefits of iFIT’s omnichannel solutions for fitness club members and I am excited about the opportunity to help train, coordinate and launch programming globally.”
