Crunch Franchise Announces Grand Reopening of Tustin, California Location

TUSTIN, CA - Crunch Franchise announced the grand reopening of its Tustin, California location following a $72,000 renovation of the club's interior and the addition of new fitness equipment. The equipment, chosen by staff based on member use and preference, includes four new Olympic lifting platforms, six Olympic benches, heavy bags and dumbbells up to 125 pounds in weight. BOSTON, MA - ECP-PF Holdings Group, Inc. (“ECP-PF”), a portfolio company of Exaltare Capital Partners, has announced that it successfully acquired 10 Planet Fitness health clubs in the central New York region from Robert Morris. ECP-PF was formed in 2012 through Exaltare Capital’s acquisition of 15 Planet Fitness health clubs in Connecticut. This acquisition brings ECP-PF’s portfolio of health clubs to 71 locations in Connecticut, upstate New York, New Mexico, Arizona and western Canada. TORONTO, CANADA - Like most clubs, the River Valley Club (Lebanon, NH) could never figure out how to make significant revenue from their 1 to 1 training program. Their highest yearly total was just $69,000 but that was before they heard about a relatively new consulting company based out of Toronto, Ontario that focused on one thing: 1 to 1 personal training.
