Conducted in partnership with The Retention People (TRP), the current report focuses on the impact of the Net Promoter Score on club member retention. Curt & Jane Beusman Institute Scholarship to Be Launched

A special Memorial Service was held for industry giant Curt Beusman on July 12 at 3:00PM at the Saw Mill River Club in Mount Kisco, New York. The Beusman family and IHRSA used the occasion to announce the launch of the Curt & Jane Beusman Institute Scholarship in honor of their memory and lasting impact on the health club industry.
