Yearly Sales Up for Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs as They Target Areas for Growth

MANHATTAN, IL – Group fitness franchise, Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs, marked the halfway point of the year by celebrating many successes. The business, which is part of the Fit For You Franchising umbrella, has seen noteworthy franchise interest, and the executives at Fit For You are excited about the company’s growth.
“From a franchise pipeline sales perspective, we have some great candidates we’re talking to. With Fitness Premier, we have an agreement signed with a multi-unit franchisee who is going to develop in Georgia and South Carolina, as well as activity up in Wisconsin we’re focused on with acquisitions and new construction builds,” said Jason Markowicz, founder of Fit For You Franchising.
Fitness Premier is seeing impressive revenue growth in 2022, with same-store sales up about 10%.
Other exciting happenings within the franchise include Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs committing to a new 11,000 square foot corporate office headquarters in downtown Frankfort. The company will be moving into the space next year.
The concept adopted a new entrepreneur operating system (EOS) that Markowicz called “a real differentiator.” The platform teaches franchisees how to run their business through a systematic planning approach, from organizing meetings with their team to setting annual goals. Fitness Premier is also about to start rolling out a new hiring tool called a culture index, which helps match suitable candidates to the right jobs within the brand for their skillset.
As for the remainder of the year, Fit For You Franchising is looking forward to growing the brand. Markowicz hopes to open 8 to 10 locations of Fitness Premier 24/7 Clubs this year.
The total initial investment necessary to begin the operation of a Fitness Premier Club Model is $279,849 to $575,499 per unit. This includes a $39,999 franchise fee.
