Life Time Closes on $90 Million Sale-Leaseback Transaction

CHANHASSEN, MN - Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. ("Life Time" or the "Company") (NYSE: LTH) announces it closed on a sale-leaseback transaction for two properties totaling $90 million in gross proceeds. This transaction brings the Company's total gross proceeds from sale-leasebacks to $130 million year-to-date. The Company also announces that it has entered into a $280 million accelerated share repurchase agreement (the "ASR Agreement") with Citibank, N.A. (the "Bank"). The Company will acquire shares under the ASR Agreement as part of its $500 million share repurchase authorization previously announced on November 8, 2022 (the "2022 Share Repurchase Program").
