CHANHASSEN, MN and LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL – Life Time (NYSE: LTH), one of the nation’s premier healthy lifestyle brands, has opened its Lakewood Ranch Athletic Country Club, a new wellness and social destination created for one of the nation’s fastest-growing communities. Life Time’s first ground-up athletic country club in the Tampa-Sarasota region spans more than 180,000 square feet and features a resort-style Beach Club, 14 pickleball courts, dynamic training and recovery experiences, and spaces for members to dine, work, relax and connect.
The opening marks Life Time’s second location on Florida’s Gulf Coast and eighth in the state. Designed as a true extension of members’ daily lives, Life Time Lakewood Ranch brings fitness, wellness, recreation, recovery and social connection together in one, resort-inspired setting for people of all ages.

Life Time Jacksonville will debut in 2027 with additional locations throughout the state to come.
