In-Shape Health Clubs Offers Expanded Programming for Older Adults Through Participation in the Silver&Fit National Network of Fitness Centers

STOCKTON, CA – In-Shape Health Clubs, California’s premier destination for fitness, recreation and fun, is announces that it is now providing the Silver&Fit Exercise and Healthy Aging program at more than 50 of its 72 locations throughout California. The addition of the Silver&Fit program means that In-Shape now offers no-cost or low-cost access to eligible older adults at almost every club in California.
“In-Shape has always been committed to offering services and amenities for the whole community, including older adults, so we are delighted to become part of the Silver&Fit national fitness center network,” said Francesca Schuler, Chief Marketing Officer of In-Shape Health Clubs. “This Silver&Fit partnership dramatically expands In-Shape’s ability to offer low- or no-cost memberships to older adults in nearly all the communities we serve, and we are thrilled to welcome them to the fitness, recreation, social opportunities and fun at In-Shape.”
The Silver&Fit program is available to people who are Medicare-eligible and have purchased Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement coverage that includes the Silver&Fit program as a benefit. The program covers all classes offered by In-Shape Health Clubs, as well as access to all of the amenities available to regular club members, such as fitness machines, tennis, swimming pools, weights, whirlpools and saunas.
