JACKSON, N.J. – Honor Yoga is excited to announce the opening of its sixth location in Jackson, New Jersey. The studio, located in Jackson Crossings (21 South Hope Chapel Road, Jackson, NJ), opened on March 28 with a weekend of free classes and will offer a variety of yoga practices every day of the week for seniors, adults, children, and families, taught by dedicated, welcoming and professional yogis. More than 18 classes will be offered each week, along with special series and workshops for everyone – including those brand new to yoga and those looking to deepen and challenge their existing practice.

Maria Parrella-Turco and Melody Appel opened their first Honor location in Hamilton’s Buckley Plaza in 2013. In the first year, over 1,500 people came through the doors of the Hamilton location, and Parrella-Turco and Appel began to explore the option of opening additional studios with fellow yogis interested in creating a healing, welcoming studio in their community. In September 2014, Honor Yoga Mansfield and Honor Yoga Pennington opened their doors, offering more options for community members to find a healing environment to begin their yoga practice. In early 2015, two additional locations opened in Manalapan and Millstone.

Brigitte Meinders will be the new Owner & Manager of Honor Yoga Jackson. She is a yoga instructor who has clocked countless hours on the yoga mat and loves transforming people into yoga enthusiasts by making yoga fun, challenging, yet accessible to all.
