LEHI, UT – In a bold move that redefines the boutique fitness category, Giant Ideas, LLC has acquired Mayweather Boxing + Fitness and KickHouse, combining them with its flagship brand Legends Boxing to form the largest skill-based fitness network in the industry.

The acquisition brings together more than 70 domestic and international studios under a shared mission: Learn real skills. Belong to a tribe. Get real results.

But unlike traditional fitness rollups focused on aggressive scaling, Giant Ideas is doing something different — prioritizing operational excellence and franchisee success over new unit sales.

“The mission isn’t just to grow — it’s to build something unshakable,” said Rob Scott, CEO of Giant Ideas. “We’re building a system that lasts. One that works for our members, our coaches, and most importantly, our franchise partners.”

A New Chapter for Franchising: Built to Last

Scott believes the current franchise model is broken — too focused on acquisition, not enough on outcomes.

“Too many systems grow by selling the dream instead of delivering results,” said Scott. “We’re flipping the script. Our energy is focused on helping the people who already believed in us — by developing better products, smarter technology, stronger operations, and surrounding them with rockstar-level support.”

Growth, he adds, will happen naturally — through word-of-mouth, licensing, and the strength of the unit economics.

The Rise of Skill-Based Fitness

Giant Ideas platform is anchored in Skill-Based Fitness — an approach designed not for fads or fitness influencers, but for everyday people who struggle with consistency and want more than just a calorie count.

“What’s the best workout in the world? The one you’ll actually do,” said Scott. “We built this for people who need the coach, the club, and the tribe. People who want to get healthy but need help staying on track.”

Through the brand’s Patch Progression System, members earn visible recognition for their effort and growth — from technical achievements in boxing and kickboxing to attendance and personal commitment. The result: fitness becomes more than a workout. It becomes a lifestyle.

“Family, work, and us — that’s the third place we want to become,” said Scott. “When people know they’re supported, seen, and progressing — they keep coming back.”

Unified System, Individual Brands

Giant Ideas will continue to operate all three brands — Legends Boxing, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, and KickHouse — with distinct identities and member experiences, while aligning backend systems, tech platforms, merchandising, and operational support.

This includes:

Enhanced franchisee tools and dashboards

New retail and apparel strategy

Improved coach development and certification

Studio-level activations focusing on skills

Streamlined member app integrations and patch tracking
