Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. Receives Second Nasdaq Notice Regarding Non-Compliance With Continued Listing Standards

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. (“TSI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CLUB) received a second notice on August 18, 2020 from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq indicating that, as a result of the Company’s failure to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2020 (the “Second Quarterly Report”), and because the Company remains delinquent in filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2020 (the “First Quarterly Report,” and together with the Second Quarterly Report, the “Reports”), the Company remains in non-compliance with the continued listing requirements as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The notice has no immediate impact on the listing of the Company’s common stock, which will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market, subject to the Company’s compliance with other applicable continued listing requirements. NEW YORK, N.Y. - Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. (“TSI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CLUB) reported financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2017. Total member count increased 7,000to 551,000 during Q1 2017 compared to an increase of 12,000 in Q1 2016. Membership monthly attrition averaged 3.9% per month in Q1 2017 compared to 3.5% per month in Q1 2016. Q1 2017 net loss was $2.9 million, or $0.11 loss per share, compared with Q1 2016 net loss of $6.9 million, or $0.28 loss per share. Adjusted EBITDA was $10.7 million in Q1 2017, an increase of 35.3% compared to Adjusted EBITDA of $7.9 million in Q1 2016. Read More...
