New Study Evaluates Whether Pedaling Backward Boosts Cycling Performance

SAN DIEGO, CA - Pedaling backward on a stationary bike has been used as a means to potentially boost cycling performance and change the way leg muscles are stimulated. Unfortunately, little research has been conducted on the effectiveness of this training approach.
