Wellbeats Announce Fitness, Mindfulness and Movement Classes for Kids

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Wellbeats announces the release of 12 new classes for kids (and their families), including kids with special needs. This new content release is timely as October 4 is National Child Health Day. With inclusivity at the forefront, kids of all abilities can explore new ways to release energy, create happy memories and most of all: Have Fun!

These expert-led fitness activities, mindfulness breaks and movements center around creativity, learning and exploration.

Classes feature:

Inclusivity

Classes are for all abilities and interests for ages 3-10. Even the whole family can join in on the fun!

Mental and Physical Growth

Instructors blend structured and unstructured play to benefit the mind and body with a focus on developing motor skills, balance, control, and coordination.

Self-Confidence

All kids can feel comfortable, confident, and supported by our team of certified, friendly instructors. Accommodations for those with special needs are sprinkled throughout every class.

Establish a Lifelong Foundation

Regular physical activity can help children and adolescents in a variety of ways*, including:
