WOODINVILLE, WA – Precor and HydroMassage announce a partnership to introduce HydroMassage products to the GSA Market to address the growing need for recovery.
The dynamic of fitness has changed. Historically, training plans of the past consisted solely of cardio and free weights. However in today’s modern era, military personal as well as general fitness enthusiasts now understand the importance of a more complete approach to training which incorporates wellness and recovery. High intensity training is only half of the equation. The other half is recovery.
HydroMassage, which provides a personalized wellness and recovery solution, should be utilized for 5-10 minutes post-workout as a part of a balanced training plan. HydroMassage benefits for recovery and wellness include:
