Hervey Lavoie has been the President of OLC since 1991. Robert McDonald will take over management of the day to day operations of the entire firm and Hervey Lavoie will remain active as President of the company, continuing to serve the design needs of a broad spectrum of clients.

“I believe I have three main responsibilities as CEO: 1) taking care of our clients and their needs; 2) setting a strategy for growth, and 3) taking care of our employees. If success can be achieved in these three areas, the long-term success of this company will be secure,” said Robert McDonald, CEO, OLC.
