It’s a perfect blend of fitness and fun, education and networking. The New England Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association (NEHRSA) is looking to hire a full-time Boston-based executive director.
This individual will manage the day to day affairs of the regional trade association, to enhance the value of membership for its members and to carry out the goals and mission of the association. He or she will report to the NEHRSA Board of Directors and will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for NEHRSA’s staff, programs, budget, and execution of its mission.
Key duties include:
- Plan and oversee multiple conferences, workshops and networking events annually;
- Interact with and regularly communicate with the NEHRSA-member club owners, and managers;
- Facilitate relationships between NEHRSA associate members and club members;
- Increase membership network;
- Prepare annual budget and monthly financial statements for board approval; and
- Seek and build board involvement to create NEHRSA strategic direction.
