MYE Entertainment and Audio Everywhere Sign Exclusive Product Development Agreement

STEVENSON RANCH, CA – MYE Entertainment Inc. and Audio Everywhere have signed an exclusive partnership agreement for the development of hardware and mobile apps to deliver audio over Wi-Fi and marketing content to mobile devices. Today’s announcement was made by Tony Garcia, president, MYE Entertainment and Dr. Lance Glasser, president, Audio Everywhere.
“We are excited to be partnered with MYE, the world’s leading fitness entertainment company,” stated Glasser. “The partnership has resulted in many product- level advances for Audio Everywhere including streaming video on our mobile app, improved manufacturing capabilities and enhanced usability of the Cloud server.”
Under the agreement MYE Entertainment obtains exclusive license rights to Audio Everywhere patents and patents pending for the worldwide fitness market. The leading commercial fitness entertainment technology provider, in March 2014 MYE Entertainment Inc. introduced the AppAudio System that enables health club members to enjoy audio from TVs installed anywhere in the facility on their Apple or Android devices. The AppAudio Online Marketing Cloud provides an easy means to upload and manage targeted club messages, advertising, special offers, class schedules and more – for individual facilities or multiple locations simultaneously.
“Partnering with Audio Everywhere provided immediate upgrades to the AppAudio mobile app that allowed us to focus on development and manufacturing of the next generation AppAudio hardware,” stated Garcia. “Audio Everywhere patents and patents pending also provided a solid technological foundation moving forward.”
