Mike Escobedo Joins Netpulse as SVP of Customer Success

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Netpulse, a leading provider of branded club mobile apps, announced the appointment of Mike Escobedo to the newly created role of SVP of Customer Success.

Mike is a veteran of the fitness industry, having previously overseen the customer experience at ABC Financial, a leading payment processing and member management software provider. Mike joined ABC Financial in 2011, where he quickly rose to SVP of Client Management, responsible for the nearly 200 employees who represent ABC’s customer facing organization. During his tenure, Mike and his team have led several key initiatives, most recently the implementation of ABC’s services to Planet Fitness.

Netpulse first encountered Mike through its partnership with ABC Financial. Mike brings several years of executive management experience working directly with Fortune 500 companies, specifically in areas of client support and customer relations. He has held numerous leadership roles in both private and public sectors. His collegiate studies include Computer Science and Business Administration from California State University Sacramento.
