The all-in-one, space-efficient workout bench creates individual workout stations for exercisers, typically equipped with dumbbells, kettlebells, a slam ball, and FITBANDS (varies based on specific model). It features a soft-closing, eight-position elevating top for exercise variety, and also can be used for box jumps and battle rope work.
