COTTAGE GROVE, WI – Johnson Health Tech (JHT), one of the world’s largest and fastest growing fitness equipment manufacturers, and producer of the brands Matrix, Vision, and Horizon, announced that it has acquired 2nd Wind Exercise Equipment, North America’s largest specialty fitness equipment retailer with 58 retail locations throughout 11 states.

With this acquisition, JHT will become the world’s largest specialty fitness retailer with more than 200 retail stores worldwide. 2nd Wind will continue to operate as an independent business unit with its existing management team.
