MIAMI, FL – University of Miami Health System has engaged EXOS, a leader in human performance, to bring performance training programs and nutrition services to Miami at The Lennar Foundation Medical Center.

The new program, UHealth Human Performance powered by EXOS, will provide local youth, high school, college and professional athletes, teams, active adults, local companies and tactical athletes with training programs using EXOS’ methodology, which has supported elite champions, the U.S. military and leading global corporations.

“We’re very excited to bring EXOS to The Lennar Foundation Medical Center and to add their performance programs to our own sports medicine and medical services offered to our local community and international visitors,” said Dr. Lee Kaplan, UHealth chief of sports medicine. “UHealth Human Performance powered by EXOS provides services for athletes and adults looking to maximize their performance in sport and life, and we look forward to having them as an integral part of our sports medicine team.”
