Daxko Launches Customer Advisory Board to Empower YMCA Movement

BIRMINGHAM, AL – Daxko, a leading software and integrated payments solutions provider in the health, fitness and wellness industry, announces the launch of the new Daxko YMCA Customer Advisory Board. The Board, comprised of 19 esteemed YMCA leaders and Y–USA representatives, began its journey in April with a commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation within the YMCA movement.

The establishment of the Daxko YMCA Customer Advisory Board represents a significant collaborative effort aimed at empowering leaders to advise on the evolving needs of associations nationwide. Reflecting the diversity of the YMCA community, the board prioritizes a mix of organization sizes and regions, ensuring representation from various operating roles and including voices of both Daxko customers and non-customers. This inclusive approach ensures that every voice is heard and valued in the joint effort to strengthen the YMCA community. CAB members will actively collaborate with other YMCA leaders, providing valuable insights to shape product development and strategic direction.

  • Kathy Cannon – VP of Membership, YMCA of Florida’s First Coast;

The Daxko YMCA Customer Advisory Board was nominated and selected between January and February of this year. As part of the board, members will enjoy opportunities for collaboration and leadership among like-minded peers. Nominations for this CAB will take place annually, with members serving an 18-month rotational term to ensure ongoing fresh perspectives and diverse representation.
