With over 20 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience, notably at Accenture and Emtec Inc, Rachana is known for being a hands-on leader with a track-record of challenging the status quo while enhancing corporate culture. Throughout her career, she has led full cultural transformations with significant focus around Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition and Employee Engagement.
