DENVER, CO – VASA Fitness, one of the nation’s fastest-growing fitness operators, is expanding its Studio offering with the launch of Studio Pilates, a new reformer Pilates experience designed to build strength, stability, mobility, posture and control through intentional, low-impact movement. With the addition of Pilates, VASA becomes the only high-value, low-price (HVLP) fitness brand to offer four distinct boutique-style studio experiences under one roof, alongside Studio Red HIIT, Studio LFT strength training and Studio Flow infrared yoga.
Studio Pilates will make its debut at VASA’s Willow Creek, Colorado, club this Saturday, September 19, becoming the first VASA location to offer reformer Pilates. Each class will accommodate up to 14 members and be led by a dedicated instructor, creating a small-group environment where members receive hands-on guidance while moving through a full-body workout on the reformer.
“VASA is the only large-scale HVLP gym offering four distinct studio experiences under one roof—HIIT, strength training, yoga and now reformer Pilates,” said Michael Osanloo, Chief Executive Officer of VASA Fitness. “That’s an incredible value for our members: they get all four studios plus the entire gym—cardio, weights, premium recovery and more—for a fraction of what it costs to do just one class at a boutique studio.”
Unlike traditional strength or high-intensity workouts, Studio Pilates uses controlled, precise movements and adjustable resistance to challenge the entire body while remaining low impact. VASA’s proprietary programming was designed to help members build core and total-body strength, improve coordination and posture, increase mobility and stability, and develop greater control and body awareness. With Studio Pilates, members now have four coach-led ways to round out their routine each week—HIIT, strength, recovery and Pilates—all within a single VASA membership.
“One of the things that makes Pilates so valuable is how easily it can fit into a member’s existing routine,” said Layne Nordquist, Senior Vice President of Fitness at VASA. “Our instructors meet members where they are, whether they’re brand new to the reformer or looking to progress, so each class helps them build strength, control and body awareness. It’s another tool members can use to get stronger and move better, week after week.”
Following the Willow Creek debut, Studio Pilates will be included at VASA’s new Centennial Arapahoe, Colorado, club, scheduled to open in late October. VASA plans to introduce Studio Pilates at additional clubs in 2027 as the company continues to expand the Studio experience across its footprint.
Studio Pilates is available as part of VASA’s Studio membership, which starts at $44.99/month.
