MESA, AZ – Starting March 31, 2021, TG The Gym Mesa, Arizona will be serving its community of bodybuilders, powerlifters and serious fitness enthusiasts with over 40,000 square feet of indoor gym space, lap pool, saunas, steam, private training studio, private spin studio, cardio theater room and converting of a basketball court to a large functional training area. And, of course, all the hard core equipment TG is known for.
Soft opening begins March 31 with the Grand Opening date projected to be June 15, 2021. TG will be adding TG Performance and TG Rejuvenation (anti-aging clinic and wellness center) in addition to TG Café and introducing TG Supps (TG The Gym created supplements) soon!

TG The Gym has been home to best fitness training over 35 years, offering men and women all across the community the opportunity to challenge their bodies and build strength every day. TG is also excited to announce the opening of another location: TG Apple Valley, CA, construction beginning soon!
TG will continue to promote the fact that a good immune system is the first and most important element in the defense of the COVID–19 virus. Daily vigorous exercise, a healthy well-balanced diet,
proper amount of sleep, Vitamin D (get in sun and outdoors) and managing stress are the main ingredients to maintaining a good immune system.
