IRVINE, CA – To better serve its diverse membership and stay competitive in the rapidly growing indoor rowing space, Row House, a leading boutique fitness franchise offering classes on and off the rower, has debuted two new class formats: Strength and Intervals.

The new class formats, which expand on the company’s current offerings, Signature, Full Row and Restore, rolled out across its 90-plus studios in the U.S. and Canada on May 20th.

To celebrate the new classes, Row House is launching a national giveaway, “Push Yourself. Pull Together.” When you take your first class at Row House, you can enter to win an Unlimited 3-month membership to last you all summer long. New rowers can enter the giveaway through June 30th, 2022 at https://lp.therowhouse.com/push-yourself-pull-together.

Row House offers the ultimate indoor rowing experience. Long recognized by the rowing community as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise, Row House provides members an alternative fitness regimen that focuses on the safety and longevity of their bodies. The modern studios welcome everyone into an atmosphere centered on camaraderie and drive, where they row in-sync on state-of-the-art Concept2 rowing machines. Used every day by Olympic athletes, cardiac rehab patients, individuals at home and every fitness level in-between, the Concept2 is the authentic choice for those looking to marry low-impact cardio and strength training into one workout.

The new Strength class makes Row House a one-stop shop for strength and cardio conditioning, putting the focus on muscle-building off the rower, which in turn helps existing members increase strength on the rower and improve their individual stats.

Intervals will serve as Row House’s equivalent to HIIT (high-intensity interval training), including bursts of high-intensity work on and off the rower, but maintaining an emphasis on low-impact exercise.

“As rowing grows in popularity and the space becomes more competitive, Row House is redefining what a great rowing workout can be,” said Marley Delaney, Director of Marketing at Row House. “Interval-based training is not something Row House has positioned itself alongside before, so we are excited to share this new class format, Intervals, with our members, while Strength will set everyone up for more success on and off the rower with its focus on weight training.”
