The development is also home to Life Time Work, the company's premium coworking destination. Combined, the new destination makes Life Time a main anchor at The Crossing Clarendon, the multi-block stretch of mixed-used development with shops, restaurants, offices and more, owned by Regency Centers. NEW YORK, N.Y. - Crunch Franchisee, CR Fitness Holdings, announces the purchase of two new gyms in Allen and North Richland Hills in Dallas, Texas. Formerly big-box gyms operating under a different brand, these locations will be taken over as Crunch gyms on August 1 and will join CR Fitness' roster of 50 gyms across Texas, Florida, Georgia and North Carolina.
