LOS ANGELES, CA – Gold’s Gym SoCal, the original home of serious training, is leveling up its North Hollywood location with bold, state-of-the-art upgrades. As the very first club in the SoCal franchise, which opened its doors 36 years ago, this iconic gym is getting a powerful refresh while staying true to the legacy that made it legendary.

Founded in 1988 as the original Gold’s Gym SoCal location, the North Hollywood gym is now entering an exciting new era with a series of elevated upgrades. Members can look forward to refreshed interiors, modernized locker rooms, and a full suite of state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment. New additions include squat platform stations, a glute bridge machine, updated leg press machines, iron plates, a brand-new hack squat machine, and more. Every enhancement has been thoughtfully designed to boost performance and elevate the overall training experience, ushering in a bold new chapter for this iconic fitness destination.
Located at 6233 Laurel Canyon Blvd in North Hollywood, Gold’s Gym continues to deliver the gold standard in bodybuilding. The North Hollywood renovation is part of a broader initiative to invest in additional clubs across the region to continue delivering best-in-class facilities and an exceptional fitness experience for its members. This includes the unveiling of Gold’s Gym SoCal’s new Beverly Center club this year, bringing accessible, best-in-class fitness facilities to the heart of Beverly Hills as the mall’s only gym.
