The recognition follows a comprehensive survey of thousands of Life Time team members across the United States conducted by Great Place To Work. The results show that 74% of Life Time team members say it’s a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. Additional findings include:
- 86% of Life Time team members said they felt welcome when they joined the company.
- 85% said they’re proud to tell others they work at Life Time.
- 83% said they feel they make a difference through their work.
