STOCKTON, CA – In-Shape Health Clubs, California’s premier community destination for fitness and recreation, has announced its new fitness campaign to counteract the physical and mental effects of the 2020 lockdowns.

“We’re excited to launch our new omnichannel approach to fitness with our #GetMoving2021 campaign. Designed to meet our members where they are, it’s a solution that any of our members can easily participate in – at a time and a place that works for them. We’ve made it easy and convenient to do,” said Kris Mulkey, In-Shape’s CMO. “With hundreds of thousands of members on our In-Shape app, this integrated, cross channel program is just another extension of that connection with our community.”

The campaign includes the Get Moving 2021 Event Series, which provides different programs throughout the year to engage members and motivate them to get moving through bootcamps, mindfulness challenges and races. Each event includes a training plan, workout calendar, and tips from In-Shape’s expert Coaches with activities. Most of all the programs are designed to encourage community.

“There are a lot of great digital solutions for people that are self-motivated, but we know most members need to be motivated by people – coaches and community. Our Get Moving Programs make it easy to get started, find people to motivate you and workout where and when you can,” Mulkey continued.

The campaign kicked off with an M7:HIIT bootcamp, In-Shape’s proprietary HIIT class rooted in their MOVE7 fitness philosophy, to help participants reset after the holidays and a sedentary 2020, and is followed by a virtual run/walk race in the Spring. Each program provides options to work out at home or in-club, with workouts that are efficient, require no equipment and incorporate recovery.
This campaign and event series provides a 360 approach to engaging and motivating members. It meets In-Shape’s members wherever they want to be, participating at a time and a place that works for them but staying true to In-Shape’s belief that community and coaching is what motivates members to start and continue their fitness journey.
