Gold’s Gym Expanding In Austin Market; Signs Land Deals for North Round Rock and Pflugerville

DALLAS, TX – Gold’s Gym, the world’s leading authority in health and fitness, announced its plans to further expand in the Austin market. The fitness brand, with headquarters based in the Lone Star State, has set a plan in motion to add additional gyms in the Austin area as the city’s population continues to grow.

These new gyms will join the company’s existing 12 Gold’s Gym locations in Austin, proving the city is one of its most successful markets to date. The future clubs will be located in northwest Austin, Pflugerville and Round Rock. Gold’s Gym Cypress Creek is currently under construction near the intersection of Cypress Creek and Lakeline in northwest Austin and will open later this year. The company has land under contract in Pflugerville and north Round Rock, on which the company will build new facilities with the latest fitness amenities for local residents. Gold’s Gym also opens a new set of doors in Downtown Austin at 115 E. 6th Street later this month, just blocks away from its 101 W. 6th Street gym which will close at the end of the year.
