PHOENIX, AZ – Front Office Sports announces their annual Best Employer in Sports Award list, honoring organizations across the sports industry that are doing the best for their employees.

Whether it’s great leadership, commitment to diversity and inclusion, employee well-being, or philanthropic / social endeavors, the Best Employers in Sports Award looks to recognize organizations who do right by their employees.

The winning organizations represent the top 15% of all sports industry companies that participated in the fourth annual survey across multiple sectors within the industry, including agencies, brands, teams, governing bodies, leagues, tech, media, and more.

In its first year submitting, Exos joins this prestigious industry award list alongside 29 others and stands out as the only full-service (youth, adult, college, pro) sports performance brand to be named to the winner’s list. Of the 30 winning companies, Exos is one of just 12 newcomers to make the list, with the remaining 18 being multi-year winners.

“One of our core company values is continuous improvement, and every day we look to do right by our employees in every facet of our business. We are a company of coaches and approach each day with tenacity, respect and humility as one team, in order to foster a better culture for tomorrow,” says Exos President and Founder Mark Verstegen.

As the industry leader in sports performance, Exos has trained thousands of youth, college, and pro / elite athletes for over two decades. Whether it be helping athletes turn pro, rehabbing them towards a comeback season, building them into champions, or taking care of them post-career to ensure a higher quality of life after sport, Exos’ holistic and fully-integrated programming helps get athletes ready for the moments that matter most in their lives and careers.

This year’s award survey featured responses from thousands of people employed in the sports industry. In collaboration with primary research partner Yrdstck, responses were evaluated using patented AI technology powered by Canvs, free from subjectivity and human bias. Once the surveys were complete, all responses were analyzed, datasets were normalized, and bespoke weighting was applied to each category to come up with a single score for each company. Companies with the highest scores indicate the Best Employers in Sports Award winners.
