LOUISVILLE, KY – Wel at Humana, a state-of-the-art health and fitness center managed by EXOS, the leader in human performance, is now open in Louisville.

The two-story, 29,000-square-foot facility is located at 522 Main Street, adjacent to Humana’s headquarters, and the programs and services are designed to support everyone, regardless of their fitness level or wellness interests. Wel at Humana focuses on fitness, nutrition, mindset, and recovery for our employees and the community.
This location offers traditional personal training, group fitness classes, and equipment embedded with EXOS Energy Systems Development Technology, providing members with personalized, progressive training programs. Members also have access to industry-leading virtual training options and EXOS Journey, a digital platform to help users build healthy habits.
