DALLAS, TX – EōS Fitness closed 2025 by surpassing two million members and growing its national footprint by more than 20% during Q4. The High Value. Low Price. (HVLP) gym brand continues to accelerate its strategic growth, fueling expansion with ongoing reinvestment in existing locations and deeper community partnerships.

“Reflecting on the past year, EōS has strengthened its nationwide presence, empowering more than two million members to be the best versions of themselves,” said Rich Drengberg, chief executive officer of EōS Fitness. “In 2026, we’ll continue expanding our footprint and rolling out innovative amenities and technology, all while staying laser‑focused on delivering the most exceptional member experience possible.”

Growth Highlights

In Q4, EōS Fitness opened five new gyms, signed 13 new leases and invested $13 million in to existing gyms to serve its growing fitness community. This growth keeps EōS Fitness on track to reach 250 gyms by 2030, further cementing its position as a leader in the fitness industry.

New locations opened in Q4 include:

  • 512 S. 950 W., Springville, Utah;
  • 7930 S. Rainbow Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada;
  • 875 E. Lake Mead Parkway, Henderson, Nevada;
  • 4815 Hwy 6 N., Houston, Texas;
  • 6385 Camp Bowie Blvd., Fort Worth, Texas.

October also marked a strategic expansion in Southern California with the 23-gym purchase of an iconic local gym chain. The acquisition established EōS in high-profile areas like Beverly Center, Hollywood, Long Beach and Santa Barbara. As of Q4 2025, Southern California is EōS’ largest market with 45 gyms open.

“This year’s growth emphasizes the momentum behind our long-term strategic vision,” Drengberg said. “We expanded across new and established markets, welcomed a growing member base, reinvested significantly in our legacy gyms and strengthened our commitment to the communities we serve.”

Innovation and Member Value

EōS continued to raise the bar on member value by enhancing both its amenities and performance-focused offerings.

The gym elevated its base membership tier, Will Do, by adding amenities like the MOVEōS Cinema, basketball courts and in locker room saunas, giving more members access to premium experiences without updating their membership.

EōS also enriched its supplement offerings with a 20% discount to personal training clients to ensure trusted, high-quality performance resources are accessible to members pursuing personalized health and fitness goals. That commitment extended even further with the introduction of N2G Shake Machines in select locations, providing fast, on-demand access to high-quality N2G supplements. With effortless ordering and endless customizations, members can fuel performance and recovery in seconds.

“At EōS, we’re constantly reimagining how to add value to the member experience,” said Richard Idgar, chief operating officer of EōS Fitness. “Our more than eightyear partnership with N2G as the exclusive provider of our supplements is a great example of that commitment. Together, we’re championing innovative ways to boost performance and accelerate recovery, empowering our members to stay strong, active and doing what they love for a lifetime. Members can expect more cutting-edge offerings in 2026.”

Community Partnership and Impact

Throughout Q4, EōS maintained its commitment to uplifting the communities it serves and improving access to fitness. EōS Fitness raised $125,000 for the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), supporting the nonprofit’s mission to empower individuals with physical disabilities through competitive sport and active lifestyles. To date, EōS has raised more than $550,000 to support CAF and its athletes, helping fund adaptive equipment, training programs and competition expenses.

“Supporting our communities is at the heart of our mission at EōS,” said Shilpi Sullivan, chief marketing officer of EōS Fitness. “Giving back is part of our foundation, and I’m consistently proud of our team members and members who band together to bring passion to the causes that matter most in their lives and communities.”

With November being American Diabetes Month, EōS Fitness continued its yearlong initiative with the American Diabetes Association by raising more than $145,000. EōS also supported several local events including Mixxed Fit After Dark, Step Up for Youth Futures, Feed the Need Fitness Jam and Animal Rescue Zumba Party, raising more than $400,000 in Q4.

To close out the year, EōS Fitness CEO Rich Drengberg was named Executive of the Year in the 2025 Beyond Activ Americas Awards, and the company’s acquisition by TSG was awarded Deal of the Year.
