Crunch Franchise Announces Its Newest Location in Charlotte, North Carolina and Bakersfield, California

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Crunch Franchise announced the January 2019 opening of a new 30,000-square-foot fitness center with state-of-the art equipment and amenities in Charlotte, North Carolina. The expansive new club is in Ballantyne at 16045 Johnston Road, anchoring the Hunters Crossing Shopping Center at the intersection of Johnston Rd and Lancaster Highway.

On November 23, a Black Friday sale will enable new members to join Crunch Ballantyne for monthly rates starting at $9.95. The first 500 members will receive a free t-shirt and gym bag, discounts on small group and personal training, and more.

Crunch Ballantyne will offer top-quality cardio and strength training equipment, half-hour circuit training, personal training, a functional training area with indoor turf, a dedicated group fitness studio, saunas, tanning beds, infrared light therapy, and more.

The location is owned and operated by J.F. Fitness of North America and Pathfinder Investment Management, who have decades of fitness industry management experience.

BAKERSFIELD, CA – Crunch Franchise announced the December 1, 2018, opening of a new fitness center with state-of-the art equipment and amenities in Bakersfield, California. The expansive new club will be located in the Oildale area of North Bakersfield, in the Chester Loop Shopping Center at 2401 Chester Avenue, Suite A.

Fusing fitness with entertainment to make serious exercise fun, Crunch Bakersfield will offer top-quality cardio and strength training equipment, half-hour circuit training, personal training, a functional training area with indoor turf, an Olympic training area, a dedicated group fitness studio, tanning beds, HydroMassage® and more.

The location will be operated by Southern California residents David Harman and Curtis Harman. David and Curtis Harman jointly own and operate more than 40 Crunch locations, throughout California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois and New Mexico.

Crunch, known for its innovative group fitness programming, will offer a wide range of classes every week, including BodyWeb with TRX, Zumba, Cardio Tai Box and Yoga Body Sculpt. Additionally, a dedicated Ride studio will feature Crunch’s signature indoor cycling classes. Members looking for more guidance or motivation can utilize the HIITZone, a proprietary high-intensity interval group training program.
