IRVINE, CA – Body Fit Training (BFT), the Xponential Fitness brand that offers 50-minute group strength and conditioning training led by multiple highly accredited coaches, is officially celebrating 10 years since the opening of its first location. From a single studio in Melbourne, Australia, which opened June 2016, to more than 300 locations across 12 countries, BFT has built one of the fastest-growing strength training communities in the world.

Celebrating “BFT Day”

To commemorate the occasion, BFT will host “BFT Day” on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Participating studios across the franchise system will offer:

  • Elevated and themed in-studio sessions;
  • Long-term member recognition moments;
  • Local community partnerships;
  • Celebrations designed to reflect a decade of progressive, science-backed training.

“Reaching a decade is a moment to celebrate the members who walk into our studios every day and the coaches who lead them,” said Vice President of Education at BFT, Steve Stonehouse. “What’s kept members coming back for 10 years is simple: the programming delivers measurable results; the coaches are invested; and the community shows up for each other.”

The BFT Difference

BFT’s methodology was developed by founder Cameron Falloon, a strength and conditioning coach who has worked with elite Australian Football League athletes and once served as Princess Diana’s personal trainer. The brand offers 14 different program types that are cycled through and progressed to provide the most balanced, well-rounded group training program service offering on the market.

The brand is focused on deeper community engagement and ongoing program innovation, including its heart rate monitor technology, which ensures members are working at the correct intensity levels, resulting in proper recovery and decreased risk of injury, allowing members the ability to train consistently.
