In this leadership role, Dobrowski will oversee the evolution of Active’s Active Aging product suite, focusing on evidence-based programming that will close the gap between healthspan and lifespan. Her appointment comes at a pivotal time as the company expands its services, helping active aging communities and organizations develop world-class wellness environments that prioritize quality of life as well as quantity.

Dobrowski, who was named Active’s Wellness Professional of the Year in 2025, has a proven track record of innovation. Since joining the company in 2022, she has spearheaded the launch of specialized programs such as Re:Act Brain and Body Training and integrated electronic medical referrals via Epic to streamline care.
In her new capacity, Dobrowski will provide subject-matter expertise for new business development and executive oversight for Active’s active aging and medical fitness portfolio. Her leadership ensures that Active’s partners receive cutting-edge, data-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of an aging population.
