SAN RAMON, CA – 24 Hour Fitness is preparing simultaneous community celebrations at six of the recently acquired Bally Total Fitness Clubs in the Denver area that now have upgraded amenities and facilities representative of the 24 Hour Fitness brand. The Grand Openings take place September 12 – 13, 2015.

Just nine months after the 2014 year-end acquisition of 31 Bally clubs, the six locations now feature:

  • Functional training and group exercise areas;
  • Cardio, strength and functional training equipment;
  • Full schedules of Cycle and Group X® classes including yoga, cycling, Pilates, and ZUMBA, among others;
  • Personal training services*;
  • Kids’ Club*.
  • *Available for additional fee(s)

Exterior architectural signage featuring the iconic 24 Hour Fitness logo completes the improvements, which come alongside a significant investment in refurbishment and new equipment across the 24 Hour Fitness network of 450 gyms.

“We want to thank the Denver area communities and our longtime and new members to the 24 Hour Fitness family for their loyalty and support,” said Steve Ford, Regional Vice President, 24 Hour Fitness. “We offer a variety of programs and equipment that are tools and solutions for real life. We’re committed to helping you become your best self, now, whether that starts with getting more fit, trying a new group exercise class or working with a personal trainer.”

Guests who join the club during the Grand Opening are invited to schedule a Health and Fitness Consultation. Guided by a skilled fitness professional, the complimentary one-on-one session provides insight into their motivation and other critical factors in designing a program to help them reach their goals. The innovative Visual Fitness Planner tool used in the consultation identifies helps them identify their present health age, which can be different than their biological age. With a better understanding of their mindset and health age, the fitness professional helps them plan and start with small changes—in what to eat, amount of sleep, quality of exercise/activity levels—to fit their life.
